What’s the Cost to Climb For the Day at IBEX?
Daily pricing is great if you’re just stopping by! No commitment, and good for the entire day, even if you leave and come back. We also have a variety of punch passes and membership options if you’d like to make IBEX your climbing gym.
Adult Day Pass - $22
All those 13 and over. You can come and go all day long. A harness is included!8
Kid/Hero Day Pass - $20
For those 17 and under or service members, harness included!
Extra Rental Gear - $8
Shoes, chalkbag, belay device and carabiner. You can also check out each one individually!

For over 25 years, IBEX climbing gym has welcomed families and friends alike to climb new heights, together. We’re so proud of our Kansas City and Blue Springs climbing community, and we’re so happy it’s continuing to grow.
Climbing Classes
From an introduction to more experienced techniques, we have courses to show you the ropes.
Auto Belays
Don’t have anyone to climb with? No problem, our auto belays are great for individual kids and adults looking for a quick session at IBEX.
Top-Rope Climbing
At approximately 32 feet tall, this is where beginners should start (along with our Ropes and What Knot Course). Experienced climbers can then discover countless routes and levels to climb at IBEX Climbing Gym
Lead Climbing
Not for the faint of heart. We bring the rope, you bring the grit. Intermediate-level climbers can take the Lead Class to get the requisite clipping and whipping skills to start lead climbing. Lead tests are required for experienced lead climbers who are new to IBEX Climbing Gym.
Bouldering
Physically challenging and uniquely fun, the bouldering wall is 12 feet tall and requires a movement-focused style of climbing. With crash pads set up for kids and adults alike, those who have not taken Ropes and What Knot will be welcome in the bouldering area.

This location is the farthest from my home, but by far one of the most personable locations I have visited. Staff and other climbers were friendly and helpful. Definitely a great reason to stop the Google searching.

I took my best friends here for a surprise birthday gift. We hadn't climbed in years. The guys here gave us a quick refresher and were super kind and friendly. Love this place.

Awesome! My five year old daughter loves her climbing classes. The instructors are encouraging and patient, and the other kids are friendly. Her confidence has gone up since she started climbing. My wife and I enjoy climbing together a couple nights per week. Staff are excellent and the gym is clean. The people that frequent the gym are chill and encouraging.
